We’ll gather in Serbia’s famed countryside for two days of hands-on workshops, networking, healthy food, relaxing outdoor activities, and wellbeing advice.
We believe that tech events should be a place of discovery and inspiration. Whether you’re a Product Owner, Developer or Designer, THIS is the place to come and be inspired by industry speakers and your peers. Explore a range of topics that will allow you to develop deeper relationships with others in the industry.
During this weekend retreat, we take care of all your needs from food to sleeping, so you can focus on learning new skills and meeting like-minded people.
Let’s share ideas and experiences about Product Development and learn practical and useful tips for achieving psychological safety, improving your financial stability and mastering soft skills at the workplace.
This workshop is exactly what the title implies – let’s sit together and discuss our previous experiences with product development. Whether you grew your product development experience through freelancing, a company, or as an entrepreneur, we are interested in hearing what you learned, how you overcame the obstacles you encountered and where is your project today. You can definitely benefit from this workshop even if you don’t have a completed product project so far, as this discussion might inspire you for your next project!
If you often get amazing ideas for new products (as we know you do), this is the perfect workshop to prepare you for the validation process before you dive into the production. We’ll go over different ways in which you could research the market and see how your product fits with the current needs. Apart from discussing how to determine the viability of your product, we’ll go over what to do next, from setting up a landing page and creating mailing lists to marketing it later on. We know it is tempting to skip the validation process, but ultimately, this helps you focus your talent and efforts on projects that are more likely to be fruitful in the end. Your time is valuable and having this skill will help you save a lot of it!
You must be thinking, a design sprint in 2 hours? No way. Believe it or not, it is quite achievable, and you might discover new aspects of your planning process by going through this condensed version of designing a project, including the final step of interviewing the end-user and getting customer feedback. We’ll be planning out a single feature to make sure our attention doesn’t shift from one item to the other. Our main goal for this workshop is to see how our creative approaches differ and to share our tips and tricks for a successful design process.
The time between the main sessions is dedicated to non-developer topics that address other aspects of daily life. You can book a 15-minute session and get personalized advice from our guest coaches. Whether you are interested in mental health, financial planning, or improving your soft skills, we’ve got you covered. Choose one or all of them and enjoy completely private consultations on the topic of your choice.
Share your thoughts freely and feel that your team is your safe space. This private session will help you function better in a team and be guided by psychological safety.
Learn how to set your financial goals and how to achieve them. Get to know more about private pension and life insurance, with systematic insights into investments and money-saving tactics.
Improve your core skills in order to be more effective while working. Get personalized advice on your critical thinking, problem-solving methods, public speaking, teamwork skills and more.

After all the workshops and sessions are finished, it’s time to unwind with some cocktails, tasty treats, and great music. The DJ will keep the party going and the amazing atmosphere will help you relax and have some fun. Did we mention that this is an outdoor party? The Mokrin house was our first choice for this event precisely because of the beautiful garden, so our plan is to party under the open sky, in true festival-like style.
We will be meeting at our business premises at Kiš Ernea 4. We chose it for it’s convenience, as there is plenty of parking space in our gated premises. Feel free to leave your car there over the weekend while you enjoy some downtime in Mokrin! We will be departing for our weekend of tech detox at 8:30 AM on Saturday, September 3rd. After a comfortable journey of 90 minutes, we will be arriving at our retreat.
You stay, food, and drinks are all on us! You’ll have a comfortable place to stay in one of our bedrooms. There are 5 single rooms and 9 double rooms available for you to unwind in after a day of inspiring content. Logout Days organization reserves the right to arrange the participants in the rooms in accordance with the available capacity.
If you want to stay in a room of your own choice, you can do that too. There is affordable accommodation in Kikinda, which you can book if that is what you would prefer. If you choose to spend the night away from Mokrin House, we will provide you with the transportation on Saturday night and on Sunday morning. By signing up for the event you agree that the Logout Days organization has the right to cancel the event in case there’s not enough interest

Bruno has been a part of the professional web development world since 2011. During his career as a developer he worked on projects of different sizes. Nine years later, in 2020., he presented his idea for a digital product and got funds for its development within the company he works for. From that moment, Bruno began his transformation from a developer into a person that should execute a business plan, the marketing aspect of it, negotiation with potential buyers and many other tasks that a developer usually does not encounter on their project.
After completing a degree in Electrical Engineering, Anja worked as an IT programmer for eight years. Her experience working in teams has taught her that she prefers working with people to working on code. She realized that she enjoys dealing with organizational systems more than software, so in 2015 she enrolled in a course in transactional analysis. That marked the beginning of her road toward becoming a business coach and a psychotherapist.
Anja’s field of expertise is working with people in the business context, such as taking on leadership roles, working on their assertiveness, and helping them establish healthy boundaries at work. All of this falls within the scope of psychological safety, which is the topic that Anja will be covering at the Logout Days event.
